Cancellation Policy
- 48-hour notice required: Please let me know at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel the booking.
- Late cancellations: Lessons cancelled within 48 hours will be charged and must be paid before booking further lessons.
- Booking fill: If another student can take your cancelled booking, no fee will apply.
- Instructor cancellation: I reserve the right to cancel a lesson if there is any concern that a student is unfit to drive due to alcohol, drugs, medical, or physical conditions.
- Behaviour: Aggressive or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in lesson cancellation, with applicable charges.
Important Information
- Payment: All bookings must be paid at least 48 hours before the test day start time.
- *Please note: The £62 driving test fee paid to the DVSA covers only the booking of your practical test. It does not include the use of the instructor’s car.
